What should i do if i forget my Stockbit Account Password?

If you forget your Stockbit account password, you can still reset your Stockbit account password so you will regain your access to your Stockbit account. Please check below as your step by step guide.

Via App

1. If you forget your Stockbit password when logging in, click the Lupa Password (forget password) button
   
   
2. Input your registered email address, then click Kirim (Submit) button
   
   
3. You will receive a verification link sent to your email. If you haven't received a verification email, click **kirim ulang email **(Resend email) option
   
   
4. Click "Konfirmasi" (Confirm) button in the email
   
   
5. You will be directed to Stockbit Website. Enter your new password, and confirm
   
   
6. Done. Your new password has successfully been created
