What Should I Do If I Forget My Stockbit Account Password?

If you forget your Stockbit account password, you can still access your account. Please follow these steps:

A. Through the website

1. Click the Click Here button next to “Forgot your password?” on the login page.

2. Enter your registered email address, then click Continue.

3. The withdraw and change bank account features will be disabled for 24 hours after you change your password. Select “agree” if you want to continue.

4. You will receive a verification code sent to your email. If you have not received the verification email, click the “Resend” option.

5. You will be asked to enter the verification code sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp. You can click “Try Another Way” if you want to choose the SMS option.

6. Enter your new password. Make sure the new password is strong, with a minimum of 8 characters and a combination of uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as #, &, !, or ^). Then, confirm your password.

7. Done. The new password has been successfully created.

8. You can log in again using your new password and registered email address.

B. Through the app

1. If you forget your Stockbit password when logging in, click the “Forgot Password” button.

2. Enter your registered email address, then click “Continue”.

5. Next, you will be asked to enter the verification code sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp. You can click “Try Another Way” if you want to choose the SMS option.

6. You will be asked to perform face verification. Make sure your face is clearly visible when performing the verification and that the person performing the face verification is the account holder on Stockbit.

7. Enter your new password. Make sure the new password you create is strong, with a minimum of 8 characters combining uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as #, &, !, or ^). Then, confirm your password again.

8. Done. Your new password has been successfully created.
