What Should I Do If I Forget My Stockbit Account Password?

If you forget your Stockbit account password, you can still access your account. Please follow these steps:

A. Through the website

1. Click the Click Here button next to “Forgot your password?” when logging in.
2. Enter your registered email address, then click Submit.
3. You will receive a verification code sent to your email. If you haven't received the verification email, click the “Resend” option.
4. You will be asked to enter the verification code sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp. You can click “Try Another Way” if you want to choose the SMS option.
5. Enter your new password. Make sure the new password is strong, with a minimum of 8 characters combining uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as #, &, !, or ^). Then, confirm your password.
6. Done. Your new password has been successfully created.

B. Through the app

1. If you forget your Stockbit password when logging in, click the “Forgot Password” button.

2. Enter your registered email address, then click “Continue.”

3. You will receive a verification code sent to your email. Then, enter the verification code. If you have not received the verification code in your email, please click the “Resend” option.
4. Next, you will be asked to enter the verification code sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp. You can click “Try Another Way” if you want to choose the SMS option.
5. You will be asked to complete 2-Step Verification.
6. Enter your new password. Make sure the new password is strong, with a minimum of 8 characters combining uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as #, &, !, or ^). Then, confirm your password.
7. Done. Your new password has been successfully created.
