Stock Transactions : How to Sell Stocks Via Stockbit?
Enjoy the Ease of Selling Stocks via the Stockbit App and Website
A. Via Mobile App
There are two ways to sell stocks using the Stockbit app (Android & iOS). You can sell through the Portfolio or the Company Page. After that, click the Sell button to proceed with the selling transaction.
Follow the steps below to continue selling your stocks:
- A. Tap the Portfolio option on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

B. In the column of the stock you want to sell, swipe right. Then, press the Sell button.

- On the order page, enter the number of lots and price you want. Click Sell to execute the sale.

- Click Confirm on the Preview Order page.

- The sale is completed. Click Done, and you will be redirected to the Order page to view the proof of sale.

Stock sales through Stockbit Digital Securities can be done through the website in several ways, namely:
1. Through Portfolio
- A. Go to Portfolio page, then click X symbol.

B. Selling can be done by clicking the Gear icon on the portfolio, and select the Sell option.

C. Click the Chartbit tab on the menu bar at the top of the page, to enter Stockbit's charting platform.

- On the order page, enter the number of lots and price you want, then click Sell to execute the sale.

- Click Confirm on the Preview Order page.

- The sale is completed. Click Done, and you will be redirected to the Order page to view the proof of sale.

There are four ways to sell stocks using the Desktop App. You can sell through the Menu Bar, Watchlist, Order Book, or Portfolio. After selecting one of these options, click the Sell button to place your order.
Follow the steps below to proceed with selling stocks:
- A. Via menu bar, Click Sell from the Menu Bar.

B. Via Watchlist. Click Watchlist, then select Sell.

C. Via Order Book. Click the desired price in the Order Book, then choose Sell.

D. Via Portfolio. Go to Portfolio, click the three-dot icon, then select Sell.

- On the order page, enter the number of lots and the price you want, then click Sell to execute the order.

- Click Confirm on the Order Preview page.

- Once completed, click Done, and you will be directed to the Order page to view your transaction details.

On the Order page, you can see the result of the transaction and the stock trading process. There are several terms that indicate the transaction description, namely:
OPEN
The caption OPEN indicates that the purchase or sale has not been filled or is still in the queue. If this caption appears, you can still cancel the sale (Cancel), or change the offer price (Amend).
REJECTED
If the REJECTED statement appears, it means that the bidding process is rejected. Usually this information appears if the proposed buy or sell price offer is too low.
MATCH
MATCH information indicates that the purchase or sale of shares was successful because it matched the bid price, or passed the bidding queue.
