How to change Stockbit account email?
To change the email registered on your Stockbit account, follow these steps:
Via the Stockbit app (iOS/Android)
- In the Stockbit app, click the side menu/avatar logo in the left corner of the app screen.

- Select Security, then select Change Email

- The withdrawal and bank account change features will be disabled for 24 hours after you change your password. Select “agree” if you want to continue.

- Enter Password for your Stockbit account

- Enter the OTP code sent to your registered mobile number. You can click “Try Another Way” if you want to choose the SMS option.


- If you have a trading account, please complete Verification

- You will be asked to verify your face. Make sure your face is clearly visible when performing the verification and that the person performing the face verification is the account owner on Stockbit.

- Type in the new email you want to use, then click Save.

- Enter the OTP sent to your new email address

- Done. Your email has been successfully changed.

Via the website
- Click the Trading Area menu in the right corner

- Click Security

- Select Change Email
